These guidelines apply to fan creations based on Sugary Girls and the original works by Eku Uekura.
As long as you follow these guidelines, you may create and publish fan works without prior permission.

These guidelines apply to:

・Original characters by Eku Uekura, including “Sugary Girls”

・Sexual content, excessive exposure, or suggestive expressions
・Violent or grotesque depictions
・Content considered socially or ethically inappropriate
2. Damage to Character or World
・Expressions that significantly harm the character’s “cuteness” or “comforting” nature
・Settings or interpretations that greatly deviate from the original concept
・Use for harassment, defamation, or harmful purposes
3. Other Prohibited Uses
・Content that may be mistaken as official works
・Continuous sales, mass production, or activities deemed commercial
・Use for AI training datasets
・Content that infringes on others’ rights
・Distribution or sale of 3D models or digital assets
・Use in NFTs or blockchain-related projects
・Any other use deemed inappropriate by the creator
